Extremely sufffocating. I thought AC Turning off is a current issue here. But after going through some comments way before 7 years, it's confirmed. They are doing this for a long time. Not suggesting anyone to join till it resolve.
Please this is the worst library ever in delhi, no proper cleanliness, no proper management, no turning on AC, they are charging 2500 but still fails to provide AC WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT IN SUMMER, 1st floor is worst of the worst[ a punjabi mess connected to the 1st floor spreading the awful wastage smell left from past weeks, the management fails to provide at-least basic amenities to it’s visitors. Waste of money and waste of time.

One of the oldest library in ORN. When there were no libraries in ORN just we had only one vision library. Hence its a pioneer for libraries over here. Still we cannot forget the owner and Ajay sir. For his service. Now this library looks some what old and not updated to present standard of libraries in ORN. But it has produced many IAS IPS officers as I have seen . Thankyou for lots of memories inside this library for me.
Worst management, money hungry people. They turn off ac to safe power. It has fire safety issues
