No management Toilet is dirty can't even go there In summers they turn on ac 2-3hours out of 24 hours. Landlord is good but his son is arrogant he don't know how to talk to elders and how to keep quiet in library Water issue is also there as I was there sometimes water ran out. Entry door is very irritating cause whenever you to open/close it you have to hold it for sec. so that it will not collide while closing. Only 2 things which are good there is chair is very comfortable and study desk is spacious.
Small library without a management/owner. AC is biggest problem here they turn it on only when they(caretaker) sit here. Reserved seat concept doesn't work here as double of capacity registration are done. It's your call now.
