Very disappointing experience with this library. Students are paying full fees, but the facilities provided are far below acceptable standards. The biggest issue is the poor cooling and ventilation system. Around 50–60 students are expected to study with only a 2-ton AC in each section, which is clearly insufficient for such overcrowded rooms. Even though there are small exhaust fans, they hardly improve air circulation. The result is constant sweating, heating, and discomfort inside the library. The situation is even worse in the cafeteria, discussion room, and washrooms. The discussion room has only a fan, so it also becomes extremely hot. The cafeteria has no proper fan or ventilation, and students cannot even sit comfortably for a short 10–15 minute break. When requested to install a fan in the cafeteria, the owner refused and said students would “sit and talk there.” This clearly shows how little concern the management has for student comfort and basic human needs. There is a cold drinking water facility, but it is too small for the number of students. The cooling plant is probably only around 10–15 litres, which is not enough during extreme heat when so many students are using it. The owner’s behaviour is also very rude and uncooperative. Instead of listening to genuine complaints and solving problems, the management ignores students and avoids taking responsibility. Some students who were unhappy with these poor conditions wanted to leave shortly after joining, but refunds were denied despite the unsatisfactory services. A library should provide a peaceful, hygienic, comfortable, and healthy study environment. Unfortunately, this place feels suffocating due to poor ventilation, overcrowding, and lack of proper facilities. I strongly recommend students to visit personally and carefully inspect the environment before paying fees or taking admission here.

Joined this because of extreme heat so I can study in peace and a pleasant cool environment but they have a big room and another room with a partition which they removed so one ac's cooling can circulate, one ac is barely enough to cool set at 24n considering 10+ people siiting in a big room, let alone another room added, they always keep turning it off, and its hot in here, which makes it impossible to study efficiently. Don't join!
