one of the best library i have experienced the area like in haiderpur.The library entry gate is not as close to road which gives it a plus point for that outside noise reduction perhaps there is a door in door system which makes this library a bit experienced.plus there is all basic needs so go for it

The entire space is fully air-conditioned with good lighting, and there’s a secure environment with CCTV coverage everywhere, so your belongings are safe. It also has clean washrooms, drinking water facilities, and a hygienic canteen, making it a perfect spot to study and relax.
Arguably the best in the area. Very well maintained with all the basic amenities available. There's a separate canteen available, so eating inside the library is not allowed which is a huge plus point. This library is Highly recommended.
