place is nice but very very noisy and disturbing even the staff is very noisy .. they should pay attention to the environment of the library first

One of my favourite place in Delhi. The ambience The staff everything is so soothing. You can issue books for free, wifi works properly, if you study for long hours you can have evening tea, which is offered by the staff. The room is underground so its cool and airy. Washroom are great. Clean and properly sanitized. You can issue books for free. Just love this place. My comfort place for sure.
