As a first-time library user, my experience has been good. The environment is quiet and study-friendly. Facilities and support are good, and with some minor improvements it can become even better. One incident (victim card) should not define the overall quality when the overall experience and facilities are good.
Not a good library experience at all. The washrooms were very unclean, and the air conditioning barely worked properly. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. They also took my money without providing proper service. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

The ambiance is calm and inviting, making it a perfect place to read or study. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help . I highly recommend this library to anyone looking for a peaceful reading space
