Library is very peaceful. It has all the facilities.Specially toilet are always neat and clean. It is one of the best library in west Delhi
Recent changes at the library, have made me revisit and edit my review for better. The lighting has been fixed and the management has become increasingly responsible. Quick shoutout to Ashish Sir for the initiative. -The presence of care taker is throughout the day, cleanliness is better than before and environment for studying has become more peaceful. -The biggest change was brought about by fixing the lighting which has definitely resulted in a more congenial environment for studying. -The gentry at the library is well behaved and respectful of others. -Locker facility at the library provides a solution to anyone who is coming from a distance. -The open terrace is a fresh retreat after long study sessions. -presence of an eatery just below the library and a chaiwala at a walking distance makes it the absolutely perfect destination for staying here the whole wide day. However, it remains to be seen how the library functions in the long run, which would be a true indicator for me to give a 5star. Previous review , only for comparison purposes, is mentioned below. {I would not recommend this library anymore. The management is extremely poor. No one is at the reception to address grievances. The library students form groups and talk right outside the study hall which defeats the purpose of coming to the library. The fees has been increased, however the basic facility like cleanliness is absent. I would request the management to attend to the needs of the students here. People like me, who have already paid in advance are having a hard time. The gentry at the library is worsening consistently, without any mutual respect and lack of professionalism. Giving the command of management to a group of guys was a poor decision on the part of owner. Now the library runs like a private property of that group. Takhti library is in a very sorry state and needs immediate attention.}
You will not get a peaceful environment for study. The cleanliness of the library is big matter ofconcern.when you will enter in the library certainly you would find staircase full of dust .you may see spider web in the reading hall. The toilet is no not clean and full of smell.
Such an amazing place for study with peaceful environemnt, clean washrooms, hygienic cafeteria. One just feels like home with friendly nature of staff. Even the interior is also amazing. Ample space for parking is also available due to very very wide roads in front of library. It is park facing so we even go to park for refreshment and relaxing.
A perfect place to study. I won’t be able to find a better place to study than this. Pretty well equipped with comfortable environment to study and focus. Very comfortable seats and the staff is extremely cordial and welcoming. Had a homely feeling while studying there. I won’t be regretting this decision. Thank you guys foe the wonderful experience.
