Owner behavior is so strange, and he have a dog which study together all students, if anybody complain about dog urine and potty. He always said you can leave library. Bed Smail come from library and Owner Dog, which no one can tolerate. I would suggest please join other library but not this. You will gonna regrate. Welcome in advance
