Hi, my name is Anku. I stayed in this PG around three years ago, and recently I was just opening the location to share it with my friend when I noticed that many people have posted negative feedback here. But honestly, I want to tell the truth — this PG is actually very good. I stayed here for almost one year. The cleaning service here is excellent. Every morning, a cleaner comes and cleans the rooms as well as all the floors properly. All the facilities here work well, whether it is the fridge, washing machine, or anything else. Even if something gets damaged, it is repaired quickly by calling a mechanic. There are no issues on the floor, and everyone lives together like a family. The environment gives a very warm and friendly family vibe. On top of that, the owner, Rahul Gupta, personally visits once a week to check everything. He talks to everyone and asks if there are any problems or if everything is running properly in the PG. If there is any issue, he makes sure it gets fixed. Personally, I never faced any problem while staying here. From my experience, I can confidently say that you can stay here without worry. All facilities are available here. I am not promoting this place on behalf of anyone — I am only sharing my honest experience because I have lived here myself. And yes,Rahul Gupta He is also a very kind. I stayed in this PG for 3-4 months , and my experience was very disappointing. I chose this place for studying, but the environment is far from suitable. It is very noisy most of the time, with constant disturbance, making it hard to focus or relax. The 3rd floor, in particular, is the worst in terms of noise and overall environment. Another issue was the behavior of some residents, with frequent unnecessary arguments that made the atmosphere uncomfortable and stressful. Overall, I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a calm and study-friendly place to stay.
We decided to live for a month and 3k security was paid with full rent. Owner assured that he will return clearly but upon leaving he didn't return anything. Stopped pickup the call and started making excuses. Utterly dishonest. Not recommended 👎

It’s unacceptable to live in such conditions. The stay rooms are equally disappointing. The furniture is old and worn out, and the overall cleanliness is lacking. I have recorded a video to show the appalling situation, highlighting the filthy washrooms and cramped rooms. If you're considering this PG, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You deserve better living conditions!
