Dusty place , noisy environment and poor management.
The library is filled with dust. Noise from outside will always cause disruption. Also I had paid some advance which the owner promised to return but that never happened he stopped answering phone calls
Quit good! Agar self study karni hai then environment is cool, calm & composed except you're not distracted because of few county ones! 🙂✨
