So many books and journal available. But won't allow outsider to read.. It's only for students studying in niscair. Located near to FAI BUS STAND.. near to munirka metro station.
opening time-9:00 AM ,Closing time-5:30PM, Very good library for student ,It is free for all student. There is a canteen also, but food quality is not good.Is is located near FCI.

Here ISSN numbers are issued for online and print Journals. From IFFCO it takes 01:30 hours and nearest metro station is Hauz Khas. From Hauz Khas a person can catch Metro RTV Buses of Katwaria Sarai and they charge only 5 Rupees. Auto charge 40-50 for the place but drop in front of the Library.
