Godavary apartment is very neet clean in side very peaceful place near allakhnanda market
A residential pocket in Alaknanda with limited parking for residents. Visitors have to park on the Alaknanda main road to visit residents in this block. The buildings look like DDA construction but could be SFS type too. Inspite of its rather shabby look, flat rentals and property prices are pretty expensive just like it’s neighbouring GK-2 and CR Park localities. Gangotri apartments have an orthopaedic clinic and a diagnostics centre inside, which is a plus.
This is one of the oldest and well organized buildings. Now as they are very high in range for a normal 2 and 3 bhk.
There is not much space to park in the apartment area and everything seems very crammed but the location is very good.
