This library is extremely unprofessional and unethical. There is no discipline or proper management at all. Students are removed without any prior notice, and seats are unfairly given to those who pay more money. The management clearly takes advantage of students’ difficult situations and exploits their needs. Such dishonest and money-minded behavior is unacceptable for any place meant for studying. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this library. The reply posted by the library owner contains false, defamatory, and unverified allegations, which I categorically deny. My original review was strictly based on personal experience related to management and service issues, which is a lawful right under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India. At no point did I accuse any individual of criminal activity. In contrast, the owner has publicly taken my name and accused me of theft, police action, and criminal conduct without sharing any FIR number, police record, or legal proof. Making such allegations on a public platform amounts to criminal defamation under IPC Sections 499 and 500, and also constitutes criminal intimidation. It is especially concerning that the owner claims to be a professor, as an educated professional is expected to understand basic legal boundaries, citizens’ rights, and the serious consequences of making false public accusations. Using one’s position to intimidate or malign a reviewer instead of addressing feedback is highly unethical. I hereby formally request the library owner to: Immediately delete this defamatory reply, and Refrain from making any further false statements against me. If this content remains public, I reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies, including complaints to the platform and action under applicable laws, without any further notice.
