I joined a library and after my exams I didn’t visit for around 20–30 days. I had already paid ₹200 to the library staff to safely store my belongings. However, when I returned to collect them, they told me they had mistakenly sold all my items as scrap. This is completely unacceptable for a place meant for studying and storing books. My belongings included 5 books, 5 registers of notes, a water bottle, and a study pouch containing important documents like my Aadhaar card, PAN card, and voter ID. Selling everything without even checking is extremely irresponsible. When I complained, the staff’s behavior was very rude, and the owner simply told me to take ₹200 as compensation. This does not justify the loss of my entire year’s मेहनत (hard work). It was a terrible experience. Additionally, the library turns off all ACs after 8 PM regardless of the heat, and even in summer it closes by 10 PM despite charging ₹1700, which is very disappointing. No Recommendations 🤬🤬💩🤮

Dont go for any bad reviews here. They might have a personal vendatta. This is the best reading room/library in a 15 km radius in Delhi. Ample parking space and huge library. Uncle and aunty are also helpful and empathetic to our needs.
This library has literally everything you need, including comfortable chairs, spacious table, parking facility, wonderful cafeteria, snacks and drinks also available, the owner is so dedicated and caring. The experience of studying here has been wonderful. There are separate, clean and spacious washrooms for male and female. The cleanliness is maintained throughout.
