You can look for this ,by far i have not faced any issue, it have been here for 4 months, owner is accountable and eager for improvement, seats are fixed, people are polite irrespective of their age, locker is free given to you just beneath the table.

The library is very clean, environment is so peaceful, it gives a very decent vibes of studying there, all facilities are there including lockers attached with every seat, and other facilities like washroom, water and wifi. Everything feels good here.
