The library does provide a comfortable environment for studying, and the owner is generally polite and humble. She is understanding towards students, even allowing them to study without paying the fee if they face financial difficulties. However, there are several issues that need attention. The library's facilities are very poor, with a suffocating atmosphere due to low ceiling height. The Wi-Fi doesn't work properly, and in case of a power outage, the library remains without light for hours. The chairs are uncomfortable, and the space is very cramped, making it difficult to focus. Even the lawn area is narrow and not suitable for outdoor study. Additionally, the owner has a very strict policy when it comes to refunds, and they don't offer a refund if you change your mind about the library after a few hours, which is disappointing. In my experience, this library doesn't offer value for money. I unfortunately lost a significant amount of money due to these issues. I would not recommend this library to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable study space in Batla House.
