"I was physically assaulted by a librarian(Nitin) for accidentally knocking over a stack of books. They grabbed me by the collar and shoved me against a shelf, causing me to hit my head. I was dazed and in pain, but instead of helping, they yelled at me to leave immediately. I had to go to the hospital for treatment, and the library refused to take responsibility and not taking any action against Nitin. "I have been threatened and knocked over and been verbally abused." is not just poor service; it’s criminal behavior, 👉 "I hope that dog will surely be punished someday."
I recently joined this library and, to be honest, it's been one of the best libraries I've ever come across. The sitting arrangement is excellent for long study hours, there's ample walking space and an open, air-conditioned environment for relaxation. The bathrooms are clean, drinking water is purified, and the administration seems well-educated and decent in their conduct.
