Worst experience with caretaker treating aspirants as if we are studying witout paying the fee. 1. He will not remove the bisleri can cap rather he will put a hole in it and turn it down. When i asked him why you are doing like this as there is a possiblity of microplastics . His response is very lethargic Owner should advise caretaker to treat students properly otherwise it will be a loss to good reading hall like itopper Apart from caretaker library is decent
AC is controlled by the caretaker. Does not switch it on despite repeated requests. Probably trying to save electricity costs. No eating space. Space provided in staircase corridor is utterly insufficient. Internet issues are regular every few days. Charges are increased haphazardly every two months. If owner is reading this take it as a honest feedback and mend ways.
The Wi-Fi of the library does not work properly (major issue) and the washroom is single for boys and the total number of students is around 150 so people have to wait in line..and other things are very good so that's why I am quitting this library..(Genuine Review)
