The owner is very rude. She is shouting on everyone . Whenever students trying to study, she shouting. I think the worst library in sector 21 is ishu library.I think better options are available in sector 21. I think owner notorious. She is using abusing words in library. Sometime ago I am a student of ishu library and owner use abusing words with me with me. The library is not fully furnished their table and chairs are damaged and risk of their destroy but this condition owner take next money for said maintenance charges.
