This is situated in Chandni chowk near metro station and behind the Kotwali thana Chandni chowk. Nice library,not very spacious but altogether. good ambiance. Mostly civil service aspirants come here. Membership is required to study.
Best place for the book lovers And a peaceful place for students But there is a huge problem of parking there Its nearby chandni chowk metro gate no. 1 It has a canteen And a very silent environment for study
Great collection of books and old original texts of importance. Being an old library rare intellectual treasure are stored here. Still there are complaints that books are provided those are not taken good care. But overall a good library with study space.
