Owner if fraud ! Just be safe both with all your belongings and money . He misbehaves simultaneously keeps your money and closes the library too .... BE SAFE AND AWARE ! Not the right place to be in ! He had a lib. Before in 19 block and now has shifted to different places in old Rajendra nagar only and has misbehaved with girls and kept their money too. So please things before joining his library.
