Sintu kumar bhaiya (manager)❤️ is very helpful behaviour ,Kind person ,I m very grateful. I think it's best library in Karol bagh ...sitting arrangement .... Full ventilator , natural place Management is also good...No disturbance ... slightly quite peaceful place Its like home🔝❤️🧠 🌄
Sintu kumar is a nice librarian ....homely atmosphere.... Limited strength in each room... Seperate washrooms ....peaceful ....free from disturbances (unlike other libraries located in center) Overall decent one. One can put this Library in your list
The Khalsa Library offers an excellent environment for study and leisure with its extended operating hours from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. The ambiance is enhanced by the availability of unique floating seats, providing comfort and a modern touch. Additionally, the library maintain a decent cleanliness, with well-kept bathrooms contributing to a pleasant and hygienic experience. Librarian Shintu kumar is very cooperative guy and always there for any kind of help.
I have been here from the last 10 months. Conducive environment for the sincere students.staff behaviour is so polite especially our sintu bhya(manager),he is very cooperative and supportive in the matter of studies and preparation.
Good library but time table is worst like operational hours is 10 am to 10 pm only.Price is on higher side like 3000/- for 14 hours only and A/C is only for 11 Hours. Also having small study area with old chairs with broken locker facility,Which is not good for UPSC aspirants.
