This is, without a doubt, the worst library I have ever experienced in my life. I have never seen a place as pathetic as this until now. I recently quit this library because there is absolutely no study environment whatsoever, nor are there any students who genuinely want to study here. Everyone here is only interested in gossiping, politics, and wasting time talking among themselves. It does not feel like a library at all, and no student comes here for actual learning. In this extreme summer heat, their water coolers do not even provide cold water. There is only a single water cooler for the entire library, which is completely useless. Despite this, they demand full payments on time and expect extra hours of commitment from us, failing which our biometric access is automatically revoked. At the time of joining, they charge a ₹300 security deposit under the pretext that it will be refunded when we leave the library. However, when it comes to returning that security deposit, they harass students to such an extent that one has to make at least 10 rounds to the library just to get their own money back. There is severe groupism and heavy politics played within this library. If you are a part of that favored group, you face no harm. But if you are not a part of it, they will make your life a living hell. The members of this group never feel the need to renew their packages on time or submit their fees promptly. On the contrary, their seats are reserved automatically without any formal booking, making this library a complete nightmare for non-group members. The leader of this entire group is one and only A MALE RECEPTIONIST SACHIN he is the head of this party and runs this group. If you do not cater to his whims or act in his favor, he will target and penalize you for the smallest of things. If you happen to sit for even 10 to 15 minutes extra beyond your package time, he will immediately object. Meanwhile, his friends and group members are allowed to sit there all night without any restrictions. This individual possesses an immense amount of attitude, arrogance, and rudeness. His behavior is so highly unprofessional and ill-mannered that one wouldn't even feel like looking at his face, let alone speaking to him And there are also a lots of good reviews about the library, and that too, they all came in just a single day , but i think there are lot of fake reviews in these I sincerely request everyone to please avoid joining this library if your actual goal is to study 🙏🙏
I recently visited this library and had a very positive experience. The environment was clean, peaceful, and well-organized, making it an excellent place for studying and focused work. The facilities were maintained properly, seating was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was motivating for students. A special mention to Sachin, the receptionist, who was polite, professional, and very helpful. He assisted visitors patiently, answered queries clearly, and ensured a smooth experience for everyone. The library management deserves appreciation for maintaining a productive and student-friendly environment. Whether you are preparing for competitive exams, academic studies, or self-learning, this library provides a suitable space to stay focused and consistent. Don't trust negative reviews without experiencing the place yourself. Instead, visit the library personally and form your own opinion—you may find it far better than what some reviews suggest.
I have been a member of this library for around 5 month and I'm not longer a part of this library because of the reception of this library there were 2 reception 1. Sachin (male) 2. niyati (female) I was paying enough money according to my plan but the male receptionist start tonting me everytime I check out just because of some extra minutes I stayed there extra Which is normal in every library but not here because the other females receptionist was my friend nd he started targeting me I have seen that there are many more people who are Sitting there more than their allocated time but they can sit because they are friends with male receptionist. When i decided to leave the library i got to know many of people were paying less or at a discounted price nd still they are sitting extra but for me he got pissed I can't even my stuff there All I'm saying there is internal politics there were group of people they are only interested in talking nd chit chats they don't have any goals they came here to waste their time their is no study environment I have visited this library nd I got to know that the environment of this library is much worse than before Only because of the male receptionist SACHIN If you're thinking about joining the library u could visit study master which is one block apart from this library That will cost u much cheaper much stufyful environment Nd no one will target u because of whom you're friends with . One more thing they are bully they will extort money from u they will not return your security fully my friend faced this issue recently
The female receptionist’s behavior is not appropriate at all. She does not treat students fairly or respectfully. Instead of helping properly, she spends most of the day talking unnecessarily. Children are not given rightful treatment or attention when they need assistance. Her unprofessional attitude creates a negative environment in the library, which should be a place of discipline and support for students. This kind of behavior is disappointing and needs immediate action
